Okay so I mean I believe, My opinion basically, is that BEN isn't exactly afraid of water, but he fear drowning again.
MY VERSION OF BEN:
He does't like taking baths, he prefers showers and he doesn't like going to pools or beaches but he doesn't mind going out in the rain although if it was his choice he wouldn't want to anyway.
